That's why every eligible Sharpology knife is backed by our Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Sharpening Service. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right. No fine print, no arguing over how it happened, and no proof of purchase required.
Whether your knife is brand new, passed down through your family, or bought second-hand, our promise follows the knife, not the owner.
Lifetime Warranty
If your Sharpology knife breaks, chips, bends, cracks, or fails, we'll repair or replace it.

- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or everyday life

- Lost or stolen products
- Shipping costs associated with warranty claims
While we stand behind our products regardless of how they are damaged, this promise is built on trust. Sharpology reserves the right to refuse any claim determined to be fraudulent, intentionally deceptive, or submitted with the intent to abuse or exploit the Lifetime Warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, false claims, counterfeit or modified products represented as genuine Sharpology products, or repeated claims made in bad faith

Some products may not be eligible for the Lifetime Warranty. Any exclusions will always be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

Transferable for Life
Our warranty stays with the knife forever.
Whether it was purchased new, received as a gift, bought second-hand, or inherited from a family member, every owner receives the same warranty. No registration or proof of purchase is required.

Making a Warranty Claim
- Contact our team with a description of the issue and a few photos.
- We'll review the claim and provide next steps.
- Send the knife to us for repair or replacement.
Lifetime Sharpening
A great knife deserves to stay sharp for life.Every eligible Sharpology knife includes free professional sharpening for as long as you own it, and for every owner after you.

In-Person Sharpening
Bring your knife to our workshop, farmers' markets, or participating events, and we'll sharpen it free of charge

Mail-In Sharpening
If you can't visit us in person, simply mail your knife to us. We'll sharpen it for free; you only pay the shipping.

Other Knives
We also professionally sharpen knives and edged tools from other brands at competitive rates.
